A Little About McKenna

The countless times you didnโ€™t want to go to an event because you had nothing to wear. Or the times you found yourself out of breath just from climbing a few flights of stairs. I believe that fitness should be a sustainable lifestyle, and not a quick fix. No more crash diets, or giving up your favorite foods.

My job as a coach is to show you what youโ€™re capable of. To educate you on proper nutrition, exercise, and long lasting habits that will set you up for success. With a four year degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition, 6 years of experience working as a fitness coach, and transforming my own body, I have the tools and skills necessary to get you to where you want to be. Itโ€™s time to take that first step and take control back of your life!

1:1 Coaching

ONE ON ONE COACHING will provide you with a weight training program that is based upon your needs and goals as a client. These workouts will be progressed during the duration of your coaching. You will also be given guidance on proper nutrition for your health goals, and learn how to track your macros. Lastly, you will have unlimited access to me via email, and chat through the app we use.

Nutrition Program

Not sure where to start when it comes to your nutrition? Always feel lost when you try to calculate your macros? This program will give you everything you need to be successful in the kitchen! You will receive custom macros as well as an example of a meal plan to help guide you through your set goals. Each week, you will be held accountable with check ins to keep you on track and make adjustments as needed.
