I help busy moms get rid of body fat & finally feel sexy again without dieting or hours spent in the gym.

 My name is McKenna, and I've been a fitness coach since 2015. After graduating from Ashland University in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, I started coaching athletes as a Performance Coach. I taught the techniques of footwork, lifting, and explosiveness to each individual in order to improve their game and overall health.

Growing up, I played many sports and fell in love with the training aspect of it. Watching and experiencing my body go through changes was so interesting to me. I continued my athletic career as college softball player at Ashland University. I loved being part of a team that constantly pushed and encourage one another daily to get better. It was a time in my life that I'll never forget!

After graduating, and working with athletes, I decided to make a shift into the bodybuilding world. I was training as a competitor, as well as coaching others to get back into shape. I fell in love with seeing my clients hit goals and be a part of their fitness journey. With an intensive background in exercise and nutrition, I have the knowledge and experience to help others (women especially) to get to where they want to be.

As a coach, it's my job to help women regain their confidence, not only physically, but mentally. To finally take the control back in their lives and break those barriers of "never being good enough". I teach women how to believe in themselves and reach their fitness goals. This is a lifestyle change, and I have the tools to make you successful.
